OUR STORY

I have been working with wood for several years now, I found this to be the perfect outlet for stresses & strains of my job & so beneficial to keeping my mental health in good shape.

It began with the simple things such as planters  - reshaping our garden & sheds using reclaimed wood.  As my skills progressed, I discovered that adding resin to my wood projects made the grain become alive & enhanced when it was poured over & through the wood.  It was mesmerizing & so beautiful.  From there my creations have flowed.

I like to source my wood within the Lothians Borders & Fife  areas.  The Mills I obtain my wood from are all supporting sustainability within our beautiful countryside.  Using reclaimed timber from old buildings for some of my projects, rejuvenating old wood to become beautiful pieces of bespoke work.

My passion to create new & interesting beautiful pieces grows every day.  No matter how hard you try, you cannot repeat the same project twice.

I have been fortunate to make several commissioned pieces for clients,  making their visions become reality. Tables, Door Signs, Bar Tops & of course my favourite item to make, Clocks.
